He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bailey; his sons, Elgin C. Bailey of Reading, William Bailey Jr. (Diane) of Reading and Franco Bailey of Philadelphia; his siblings, Robert Bailey of Temple and Clochette Edwards of Reading; and his extended family, Joseph Dancy and Latona Sims. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
