She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Opalinski and Dorothy Opalinski (Bugosh); and her brother Randy Opalinski of Hermine. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Julie, Kayla (Brandon) and Greg (Nicolena) of Robinson Township, Her; her brothers, Jerry Opalinski (Connie) of Penn Township, David Opalinski of Greensburg and Kevin Opalinski of Greensburg, Her; her siblings-in-law, Kevin, Joenne of Robinson and Dana of Fort Myers; and her siblings' children, Stef, Dan, Carly (Ronnie Grymes), Andrew (Nicole), Ian (Laura), Nicole, Neil, Scott and Shawn.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to Make-a-Wish, Ronald McDonald House, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Nature Conservancy Foundation in Donna's memory.
