He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pravlochak and Mary Pravlochak (Medwid). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pravlochak (Herko); his children, John Pravlochak (Rhonda Verelst), Michael Pravlochak (Gina) and Karen McCabe (Michael); his sister Janet Prescop (late Val); his grandchildren, Christina Krahn (Martin), Michael McCabe, Alex Pravlochak (Anna), Bella Waslousky, Jaco Waslousky (Selena), Carolyn McCabe (Conor Keeling), Julia Pravlochak (Anthony Matuga) and Mia Pravlochak; and his great grandchildren, Owen Krahn, Mila Waslousky and Emma Krahn.
