He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni "Papu" Caristo and Maria "Nani" Caristo; his wife Lois Caristo; and his siblings, Catherine, Frank, Mickey, Mike, Carmela, John, Albert and James.
He is survived by: his close friend LaVerne Dobos; and his brother Tony Caristo (Angie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
