We announce the death of Robert J. Gesk Sr. of Robinson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Gesk and Adolph Gesk; and his siblings, Eileen Biber, Bill Gesk, Laverne Sbraccia and Thelma Padden.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Gesk (Wojnar); his children, Kathy DiGiovanni, Andi Stephan (B. J.), Nancy Gesk, Rob Gesk, Jr. (Diane) and Mike Gesk (Monica); his grandchildren, Daniela (Juan), Nick, Aria, Max of Alex, C. J., Adeline and Leah; and his siblings, June White and Ray Gesk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care (5405 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Archangel Gabriel Parish (Holy Trinity Church) (5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Bob may be made to Holy Trinity Church.
