She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Buzonas, Patricia, Karen Chulack (late Ronald) and Cheryl Hayduk (Raymond); her granddaughter Missy Planeta (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Sequoia and Olivia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
