He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Diem and Mira Diem; his siblings-in-law, Clifford, Leroy Anthony and Alice O'Dell; and his parents-in-law, Mark and Bertha Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Diem (Anthony); his children, Kenneth David Diem (Karen) of Rochester Mills and Annette Jayne Young (Edward) of Seven Valleys, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua, Ashlynn, Zachary Young of Seven Valleys, Jenna, Kylie and Lacee Diem of Rochester Mills; his great grandchildren, Weston, Waylon Yong and Paisley Young of Seven Valley, PA.; his siblings, Richard, Ronald Diem (Susan), Vivian Diem and Diane Still (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, John, Robert, Wayne, Charles, Gary Anthony, Peggy Anthony, Betty Anthony, Janet Anthony, Judy Anthony and Kathy Titus.
