She was predeceased by: her father Richard Priestman. She is survived by: her mother Mary Priestman (Chamberlain); her husband Frank S. Coulter; her children, Abigail Coulter of Racoon Township, PA, Charlotte (Kelsey Coulter), Michael, Elishiva Coulter of Richland Hills, TX and Patrick Coulter of Virginia Beach, VA; her sister Louise (Martin Weston); her aunt Marilyn Chamberlain (England) of New Castle; and her uncles, Paul (Elizabeth Hepworth) and Malcolm Chamberlain of Cambridgeshire, England.. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home & Sylvania Hills Memorial Park (273 PA-68, Rochester, PA 15074).
