He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Frank and Rose C. Floccari Frank; his siblings, Andrew, Robert S. "Spot", Sylvester, Vincent, Alfred Frank, Olga M. Frank, Eileen P. Miller, Dolores J. "DeeDee" Frank and Virginia M. DeBarge Fox; his siblings-in-law, Walter Miller, John DeBarge, James Fox, Frank Mavero, Robert McConaughy, Marilyn Frank, Juanita Frank Mavero, Agnes Frank and Kathleen Frank; his nephews, David G. Frank, Joey Miller and David A. Frank; and his great-niece Falisha Frank.
He is survived by: his sister Rose Cecilia Frank; his sister-in-law Janice Frank McConaughy of Oakdale, PA; and his cousin Joseph Emmanuel of Export, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William Murphy Funeral Home, Inc. (349 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made to St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, 628 Virginia Avenue, Rochester, PA, 15074, or a charity of choice.
