He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Bingle and Elizabeth Ifft Bingle; his siblings, Wilbur (Margaret Bingle), William D. Bingle, Betty Ann and Lois JoAnn Bingle; and his son-in-law Russ Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Bingle (Headland); his children, Patrick (Kathy Bingle), Jeffrey "Jake" J. Bingle and Wendy Simmons; his grandchildren, Lana, Tarra, Tyler and Mason; his brother Donald Bingle; and his sister-in-law Joanne Bingle. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William Murphy Funeral Home, Inc. (349 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (393 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074).
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
