She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Altenbaugh and Sarah Mather Altenbaugh; her husband Theodore L. Withers; her sisters, Dorothy L. Altenbaugh and Roberta G. Black; and her niece Sherree Richards.
She is survived by: her nieces, Deborah (John Newton) of New Sewickley Township and Denise (Larry Parks) of New Sewickley Township; her great-nephews, Greg (Cathy Altenbaugh), Robert Richards and Chad (Katie Parks); her great-niece Caitlin Newton; and her nieces and nephews, Deb Garnes, Jack, Neal Klann and Donna Johnson.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607.
