He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene R. Burkhammer and Cynthia Jean Burkhammer (Gaver). He is survived by: his daughters, Amber and Jamie; his grandchildren, Aliyah, Jayleigh, Kiarra, Jaice, Cameron, Caleb and Callie; and his brothers, Ron, Sean and Josh Burkhammer.
