He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis L. Urbach and Helen Spann Urbach; and his wife Pauline "Polly" Ann Staudt Urbach. He is survived by: his children, James L. Urbach (Peggy) and Noel Stevens; and his brother Fred L. Urbach (Carrie Marie).
