She is survived by: her parents, Thomas A. Collins and Pamela C. Sinovic Collins; her son Blu Daniel Musgrave; her former husband Scott Baker; her sister Julia Ann Collins; her sibling's children, Dannika, Delta and Damion; her grandmothers, Bonnie Collins and Edna Louvine Sinovic; her aunt Darla R. Sinovic; her cousin Tiffany Bolce; Blair Musgrave.
