She was predeceased by: her mother Alvina Porter; her husband Robert W. Wharton Sr.; her daughters, Christine Simmons and Dawn Ruckert; her grandchildren, Erica Warshol, Robbie Dukovic and Dean Stauffer; and her brother Arthur Seng.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Wharton Jr. (Delores), Susan Markovich (Joseph) and Valerie Ruckert (Harvey). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren and 1 step-grandson.
