She was predeceased by: her husband Roger T. Smith, Sr.; her parents, Odessa (Henry Price) and Frank Stewart; her sister Lessie Gueirri; and her great grandchildren, Ayden Perminter and Aliyah Berke.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Barnes, Monica Lackovich (Nick), Karen Solomon (Rodney) and Roger Smith (Andrea); her sister Francine Gist; and her siblings-in-law, Freddie Gueirri, Hanna Smith and Dorothy Green. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren.
