He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar T. "Ted" Milligan and Mildred M. Milligan (Hoelzle); his daughter Marlynn M. Milligan; and his sister-in-law Mary Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Milligan (Dorsch); his children, Marissa G. Milligan and Terrance J. "T. J." Milligan; his granddaughter Kaylie M. Milligan; his siblings, Timothy Milligan, Patricia Wright (Jerry), Daniel Milligan (Elaine) and Thomas Milligan (Alison); the mother of his children Leona "Nonie" Kirkwood; Melodie Tate and Melinda "Mindy" Meinert. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
