He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Miller and Myrtle Miller (Boyer). He is survived by: his brother David J. Miller (Victoria); and his sibling's children, Paula Rishack (Christopher), Rosemary Evans (Kelly), David M. Miller (Candace) and John P. Miller (Halinah). He is also survived by three great nieces and six great nephews.
