He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay R. Harper and Dorothy Wehr Harper. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen A. Geist Harper; his son William D.; his daughter-in-law Jenny Harper; his daughter Michelle L.; his son-in-law Arthur D. Coulter of Beaver; his grandchildren, Tyler Douglas Coulter, Alec William Coulter, Brandon Harper, Brittany Graebing (Bryan), Lara Eley of Ashtabula and Ryleigh Harper; and his great grandchildren, Aria Harper and Braxton Graebing.

Family wishes contributions be made to the Beaver County Humane Society 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
