He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winters and Leone Winters (McCluske); his wife Eleanor Winters (Huffmyer); his siblings, James, Jackie Winters, Connie, Betty Lou and Jeannie; and his daughter Gloria Beattie (Winters).
He is survived by: his sons, Bernard, Stanley, John and Franklin; and his nephews, Robert (Linda) and James Winters.
The family asks that donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
