She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl McCoy and Viola Myers McCoy; her husband Oliver E. Bills Sr.; her daughter Michelle E.; her son-in-law Robert Sutter; and her son Carl A. "Andy" Bills.

She is survived by: her son Oliver E. "Pete" Bills, Jr. of New Sewickley Township; her grandchildren, Andy R. (Nicole Bills) of Rochester, Kayla Marie Bills (Shawn) of New Brighton, Josha J. (Ashley Inman) of Patterson Township and Hunter Shayne of New Brighton; her great grandchildren, Laura, Nathan, Jayda, Malea and Jensen; her great great grandchild Onyx; her sister Stacy L.; her brother-in-law Mike Hinzman of Brighton Township; and her sibling's children, Jacob C. Poling of Ambridge and Misti Amber Pumphrey of Beaver Falls. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the William Murphy Funeral Home, Inc. (349 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the William Murphy Funeral Home Inc. (349 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074).
