He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Butler and Gertrude Butler (Stafford); and his siblings, Brian Butler, Gerald Brennan and Joyce Worst.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Butler (Woika); his son Michael Butler (Toni) of DuBois, PA; and his stepchildren, Richard Weis of DuBois, PA, Lisa Martinson (Kevin) of Morristown, TN, Jon Alan Weis of Rockton, PA and Patricia Bontempo (Dan) of Sykesville, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
