He is survived by: his wife Tammy Henry of Clearfield; his son Aaron; his granddaughters, Ella and Charlotte; his pet Bailey; his mother-in-law Patricia Bishop; his siblings-in-law, Philip Bishop and Tammy Henry; his sibling's children, Amanda, Jennifer and Jeff; Brittany, Bandit and Kat.
