He is survived by: his wife Mabel "Carole" Judy (Ansell); his daughters, Lori Ivy (Shane), Amy Ivy (Damon), Lynn Judy and Vonda Lorenz (Seth); his grandchildren, Nathan Ivy (Susanna), Matthew Ivy (Macey), Kaitlyn Quinlan (James), Seth Ivy (Maggie), Justin Ivy (Rebecca), Ryan Ivy (Mekensie), Joshua Hewell and Aaron Lorenz; and his great grandchildren, Ian Ivy, Evelyn Ivy, Allison Ivy, Brynlee Ivy, Marshall Ivy, Clarke Ivy, Myles Ivy, Silas Ivy and Baby Quinlan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Laurel Mountain Chapel (2428 Copper Kettle Hwy, Rockwood, PA 15557). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
