He is survived by: his wife Betty Birchard; his daughters, Yolanda Berry (Jason) of Greenville and Susan Proctor of Rocky Grove; his grandchildren, Matthew Graham of Franklin, Brittany Myers, Sam of Sligo, Austin Stelene (Sara Keltz) of Oil City, Kody Stelene (Brianna Yanulittis) of Leeper, Courtlynn Foster of Rocky Grove, Zane Berry (Olivia) of Saegertown, Gabriella Berry (Jordan Quade) of Greenville and Aiden Berry of Conneaut Lake; his great grandchildren, William, Thomas, Alex, Olivia, Kayson, Kolson, Tahlia and Aiden; and his brothers, Robert Proctor (Penny) of Franklin, Brian Proctor of Franklin and Mark Proctor (Carol) of Franklin. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
