James E. Parson Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 22, 2025, at the age of 84, James E. Parson (Rogersville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. Parson, Sr. and Anna Blanche Cumpston Parson; his wife Bonnie May Orndoff; his children, Lisa Johanson (Scott) of Cranberry Twp, Stacy Yeckel (Joe) of DeLand and Matthew Parson (Teresa) of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, Kathy Cummings (Steve) of Charlotte, N. C. and Mark Grimes (Janice) of Jefferson; and his siblings, Faye Morris of Wind Ridge, Nelle Jones of Warren, Ohio, Charles, Jr., John, Frank, William Parson, Nora Caldwell, Doris Engle, Helen Riley and Aldene Tharp. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either, the American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
