He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Newman, and Vida Gibbs Newman, Sr.; his wife Donna Talcott Newman; his brothers, Walter Newman, Jr., George Newman and Bob Newman; and his sisters-in-law, Gert and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Newman (Heather) and Lucianna Askew (Walt); his grandchildren, Danella Nowland (Cody) and Michael Newman; his great grandchild Declan; his brother Dick Newman (Dianna); and his son Tim Gulley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the South Warren Cemetery (3321 Leraysville Rd, Rome, PA 18837).
