He is survived by: his children, Jana Lyn Verry (Louis) of Meshoppen, PA and H. Elston Carter (Linda) of Pelham, NH; his granddaughter Alexandra Carter of Pelham, NH; and his siblings, Sharon M. Carter (Peter Brusamonti) of Dushore, PA and Lewis J. Carter of Sebring, FL. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
