He is survived by: his parents, Roger Phillips and Lynn Phillips; his former wife Alicia Segedi; his children, Andrew Phillips (Zoie), Ashley Dobrzanski (Andy) and Alexis Phillips; his grandchildren, Vander Phillips and Titus Dobrzanski; and his brothers, Roger Phillips, Jr. (Shannon) and Timothy Phillips (Jori). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
