He is survived by: his wife Amanda Heath Worthington; his stepdaughters, Misty Morse (Duane) of Monroeton, PA and Michelle Blowers (Russell) of Williamsport, PA; his grandchildren, Mason Ackley, Halice Ackley (Kenneth), Anthony Snyder, Carter Snyder and Elijah Snyder; and his sisters, Linda Sarnosky (Jerry), Louise Luckman, Joyce McCloskey, Carol Putnam, Janet Lott (Mark) and Kathy Watkins.
