He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold K. Book and Cora Hershey Book; and his sisters, Betty J. Kreider and Helen Rutt. He is survived by: his wife Ruth H. Book; his children, Donna Cook (Mike) of Aurora, IL, R. William Book (Diane) of Ronks and Robert Book of Lancaster; and his sisters, Marian Groff of Mt. Joy, Rhoda Mast (Ora) of Lancaster and Miriam Book (Jim Lapp) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
