She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shiner and Clara Shiner (East). She is survived by: her husband William Ramsberger; her daughters, Katrina Ramsberger (Alfredo) and Kera Ramsberger; her stepdaughter Casey Hale (Stanley); her brothers, Jimmy, Billy and Donald Shiner; her stepsiblings, Linda Stout and Albert Stout; her grandchildren, Mason Pensyl, Chase Buskirk and Tanya Counterman; her nephews, Jeff Stout, James Shiner and Mark Shipps; and her niece Tammy Ackerman.
