He is survived by: his children, Andrew, Douglas Kamper (Erin) and Alexis Forest (Stephen); his grandson Adam Kamper Forest; his sister-in-law Kathleen Kamper; his niece Kirsten; his nephew Brendan Kamper; and his great-niece Mariah.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests, per Al's wishes, that memorial donations be made in Al's name to Holy Cross Academy (formerly Saint Sebastian Elementary School).
