He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Catrain and Helen Catrain (Mike); his brother Dennis Sr. Catrain; and his sister-in-law Marie Catrain. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Catrain (McIntyre); his daughters, Cassandra and Kaitlyn (Matt Kolling); his siblings, Ronald Sr. Catrain (Debbie Rodgers) and Bonnie Kriberney (Bob); and his sister-in-law Stell Catrain.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neely Funeral Home (2208 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (2500 Brandt School Rd, Wexford, PA 15090).
David was a selfless person in life, David continued that legacy through organ donation, giving others the precious gift of life.
