He is survived by: his wife Ellen Perkins (Bickert) of Saylorsburg, PA.; his daughter Margaret Thurston of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Robert Thurston (Ashley), Jeffrey Thurston, Brian Thurston, Jason Thurston (Jennifer), Marissa Thurston and Jessica Thurston; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Wyatt, Chase, Michael, Jude, Grey, Jackson, Jacob and Olivia.
