She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Schaffer and Elizabeth Schaffer (Lynch); and her son John. She is survived by: her husband John Goerl; and her children, Elizabeth (Betti), Baker (David Patarini), Patricia Bryars, William (Dorothy), Harold (Lorraine) and Mary Ellen O'Malley. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
