He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marcy Burke (Pylos); his children, Chris Burke (Dara Morris) and Brian Edward Burke; his siblings, Diana Michaels (late Charles Michaels) and Michael Burke; his nephews, David Vass (Mary), Steven Vass (Arleta), Greg Vass (Giovanni), Michael Amos (Pamela) and Kevin Amos; his great-nieces, Michaela Vass and Corinne; and his great-nephew Ethan Amos.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home, Inc. (806 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15229). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Athanasius Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish) (7 Chalfonte Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15229).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Music Ministry or Animal Friends.
