Altemose Jr. of Pen Argyl, PA, Kevin Altemose of Saylorsburg, PA, Sherry Spinelli (Nicholas) of Nazareth, PA, Luke Altemose of Pen Argyl, PA and Bianca Caruso (Stephen) of Bangor, PA.; his grandchildren, Jonathon Altemose (Samantha), Tasha Altemose, Nicholas Spinelli, Michael Spinelli, Kristina Spinelli (Nicholas Domenici) and Sloane Caruso; his great grandchildren, Ivy and Lyla; and his siblings, Harold Altemose (LaRue) of Effort, PA, Jerry Altemose of Altamonte Springs, FL, Thomas Altemose (Judy) of Apopka, FL, Tim Altemose of Altamonte Springs, FL and Judy Deitch (Marty) of Heathrow, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
