He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Topka and Sandra Topka. He is survived by: his wife Christine Topka (Budziszewski); his son Joseph M. Topka (Amanda); his sister Kathy Welch (John); his brothers-in-law, Daniel Budziszewski (Lynn) and Ronald J. Budziszewski (Diane); and his grandchildren, Carter, Chloe and Jemma. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
