She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Vasinko and Mary Vasinko (Olczak); her husband Matthew Mehal; and her sister Helen. She is survived by: her children, Larry M. (Andrea), Donald M. (Heather) and Janet Schmidt (Paul); her grandchild Christia M. Schmidt; and her siblings, Rita Stanislaw (George), Anna, Joseph, Michael, John, Francis and Patty. She is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Julia's name to Hillman Cancer Center.
