He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Semler and Margaret Semler; and his sister Margaret Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Blanche "Dusty" Semler; his children, Mark Semler (Aileen) and Sherry Devlin (Kevin); his grandchildren, Grant, Emily, Julia, Madelyn, Jonathan and Keenan; and his siblings, Ruth Tosadori, James Semler (Diane) and Betty Ann Pieto.
