She was predeceased by: her husband E. Donald Hackworth. She is survived by: her children, Janie Costello (late Brian), Don Hackworth (Kathy), Jim Hackworth (Maryann), Janet Hackworth and Ken Hackworth (Kristin); her grandchildren, Kristin Costello, Bethany McClean (Richard), Justin Costello, Donnie Hackworth (Jenna), Megan Leax (Jesse), Erin Curran (Andy), Chelsea McGinn (Scott), Eric Hackworth (Danielle) and Emma Hackworth; and her great grandchildren, Conor, Lucy, Liam McClean, Donnie, Lizzy, Miriam Hackworth, August, Phineas, Ezra Leax and Olivia McGinn.
