We are sad to announce that, on July 17, 2021, at the age of 90, Nancy Latshaw of Ross Township, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Russell and Virginia Russell (Shaffer); and her brother Robert D. Russell. She is survived by: her husband William E. Latshaw; her children, Clifford W., Carolyn A. Newman (Bruce), Lisa E. Latshaw and Susan P. Latshaw; and her grandchildren, Hannah Newman, Peter Newman, Elizabeth Laidig and Robert "Eddie" Latshaw.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Road, Wexford, PA 15090 or East Liberty Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Highland Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
