He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheri Rust Neely; his children, James Richard Neely (Alesha) and Jennifer Neely Brown (Ian); his grandchildren, Hailey and Wesley; his parents, Karl Neely and Jane Neely; and his brothers, Robert (Pegi), David (Kami) and William Neely (Teresa).
