He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Harvey and Wilma Esther Harvey; his wife Lucille A. Wilson Harvey; his siblings, Donna Metts and William E. Harvey; his brother-in-law Ed Lyons, Sr.; and his nephew George Lyons.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pearl Lyons of Monessen and Joyce Howard of Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Edward, Michelle Lyons, Jr., Greg, Valerie Lyons, Patty Lyons, Ronald Clawson, John, JoAnn Harvey and Brian Howard; his sister LeAnn; and his caregivers, Chemen Callaway and Amy Lewendowski.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon.
