She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lewis and Pearl Lewis (Beato); her husband Thomas L. Horan; her daughter Donna Dolfi; her son-in-law Thomas Dolfi; and her siblings, Albert Lewis (Norma), Dorothy Lucas (James) and Carl Beato (Ursula).
She is survived by: her children, Thomas D. Horan (Lois) of Greensburg, Patrick Horan of Florida and Linda Shrum of Bethel Park. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. (580 Circle Dr, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Anne (1870 Rostraver Rd, Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
As per Elsie's generosity and compassion toward St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting memorial donations in Elsie's Memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org.
