He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Garland and Josephine Garland; and his brother Greg Garland. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Garland (Konick) of Heinen's Grocery Store; his children, Mark Garland and Beth Darrah (Charles) of Evans, GA; his sister-in-law Karen Garland of Cameron, WV; his niece Josie Garland (Shane Andres) of West Mifflin; his brother-in-law Steven Konick (Tamara) of Dallas, TX; and his grandchildren, Jason, Ryan and Regan Darrah of Evans, GA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
