He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith (Petrich); his children, Troy Smith of Graceton, PA and Nikki Samoda (Ken) of Fallowfield Twp; his grandchildren, Hayley King (Tyler), Jeremy Shannon (Jessica), Aaron Shannon (Kayla Heilman), Heather Moody (Devon) and Jennifer Selan (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth King, Abigail King, Josephine Shannon, Elsie Moody, Levi Moody, Bailey Moody and Jordan Selan; his siblings, Tim Smith of Morgantown, Candy Anderson, Penny Moon (Russ) of Rostraver, David Smith (Patty) of Rostraver and Jeff Smith (Betty Rae) of Gillespie; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Petrich of Jacksonville, Florida and Alice Radabaugh (Jim) of Newcomerstown Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
