As Russell departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Russell may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Russell leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom H. Bowen and Audrey H. Bowen (Kendrick). He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Bowen (Tanner); and his siblings, Rick Bowen (Charlotte) of Greeley, CO, Ransom "Rance" Bowen of Wellsboro, PA and Rene Perry (Freal) of Gaines, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
