She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Pease Duell; and her brother Samuel Duell. She is survived by: her father Samuel I. Duell of Colonial Heights, VA; her husband George A. Finster; her daughter Amber Moritz (Austin) of Eldred; her grandchildren, Harley Moritz and Christian Moritz; and her siblings, Trula Hollywood of Athens, PA, Winn Scott Duell (Hazel) of Roulette and Randall C. Duell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tonya's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
